As a Mental Health Nurse in South Wales you will provide specialized care, support, and treatment to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, working in environments ranging from hospitals (acute, secure units) to community settings.
As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will ensure adults within low secure/rehabilitation receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

You will be working at one of our clients sites within Elysium Healthcare; at a low secure/rehabilitation service for adults with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability who may also present with mental illness, personality disorders and an autistic spectrum condition.
The programmes provided at the service, include a sex offender treatment programme, anger management, trauma therapy, art psychotherapy together with bespoke psychological sessions aimed at people with learning disabilities.
You will be working at Cefn Carnau; a low secure/rehabilitation service for adults with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability who may also present with mental illness, personality disorders and an autistic spectrum condition.
Weekday: £30.00
Weeknights: £31.00
Saturday: £32.00
Sunday: £34.00
Bank Holiday: £34.00
