Nurse Led Residential Care Services

Express Care at Home provide high quality, highly bespoke care choices for children, young people and adults with complex health needs. Our service is clinically led, including oversight from our RMN and experienced Registered Manager, ensuring safe support for higher-risk individuals.

Express Care at Home supports Local Authorities with single occupancy placements for individuals who cannot be placed in shared environments.

We have access to community properties that can support Level 4 mental health placements, with care packages delivered by our clinical team.
