This process is in place to ensure that you have the right skills, experience and competencies to work alongside our clients and support us in delivering care that is person centred, caring and meets their needs.

Express Nursing work with clients in multiple settings. The training you undertake will be based on the skills, experience and competency you have. Express Nursing provide bespoke training based on experience, competency and client.
We are here to support the development of skills, best practice and focus on a mixture of practical and online training dependent on requirement.
Our training is refreshed annually and we only accept 3 day PMVA from BILD Accredited Training providers.
Once you complete 25 shifts, Express Nursing will cover the cost of your annual refresher training.
