Express Nursing are a CQC Registered Care provider and are supporting complex care patients. The patients we support have a range of needs which are outlined in their care plans.

We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants with experience working on care packages that are competent with specific clinical tasks. Shift times vary depending on the package you are assigned to and all roles will require competency sign off by our Clinical Team.

As a Healthcare Assistant your role will involve working with patients on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis dependent on the clients needs and you will be responsible for:

  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Delivering compassionate care in the client’s home
  • Supporting with community access and social activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

We cannot accept 20 hour VISA candidates and do not provide sponsorship.
